Return & Refund Policy

At Ammalaya, we value customer satisfaction and ensure that all our Ayurvedic products are delivered in safe and hygienic conditions. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and health-related products, we follow a strict no-return policy once the product is delivered and accepted by the customer.

  • Products once opened/used cannot be returned under any circumstances.


2. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

Refunds or replacements will be provided only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged or broken.

  • The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).

  • The product received is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.


3. Reporting an Issue

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery about any issue.

  • Proof such as photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product must be emailed to ammalayaindia@gmail.com.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI after verifying details.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.


6. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Delay in delivery due to courier/logistics issues beyond our control.

  • Product not accepted by customer at the time of delivery.
